London Junior Devilettes Make Impact for Team Ontario
Congratulations to Victoria Germuska and Carolyne Prevost from our London Junior Devilettes team who helped Team Ontario win the gold medal at the Canada Winter Games in Whitehorse. Ontario defeated Manitoba 6-3 in the final. Carolyne scored five goals during Ontario's undefeated run to the gold medal while Victoria helped anchor a strong defence that limited Team Ontario's opponents to only four goals in five games.
Devilettes Prepared To Battle For A Bye To League Playoffs
With good reason our Junior team is fired up and ready for their next two home games. On the 28th, they play Toronto who is currently in first place. On February 3, they play Durham who tied Toronto recently and sits in second place. Our Junior team is currently 4th and the top 4 teams get a bye to the league playoff final weekend. These two games will be highly watched by the other teams in the league as they will have significant impact on the playoffs. Good luck girls!
