LDGHA is pleased to announce a price freeze on registration costs the 2011-2012 season.
Competitive and tryout registration is closed for the following
divisions:
Intermediate AA(Junior), Midget AA-A(All Midget Ages)
Bantam AA-A(97)-A(98)-BB
Peewee AA-A-BB
Atom AA-A-BB
(Novice A tyrouts times and dates have bene posted.)
LDGHA only accepts credit card payment for competitive registration for 2011/2012 season. This includes: base, competitive, and tryout fees.
Tryout fee will be $65.00, which is non-refundable.
NEW for the 2011/2012 Season: Tryout registration combined with LDGHA Competitive Hockey Online registration
All players wanting to try out for the LDGHA must:
- Register for LDGHA Competitive Hockey online through Quickenrollment and select (MINIMUM PAYMENT)
 that equals the $65.00 tryout fee. This will secure a tryout spot. Do not pay the FULL AMOUNT
- Within 7 days of being selected for a competitive team; return to Quickenrollment and select
 on Your QuickEnrollment Profile page to pay the final Competitive and Basic Registration Fees in full. This will secure the player’s position on a competitive team.
Existing Ontario Woman Hockey Association players.
OWHA players trying out who did not play for the LDGHA last year, must register online with LDGHA Competitive Hockey through Quickenrollment. Remember to obtain a Permission to Skate (PTS) form from the player’s most recent OWHA association. LDGHA must receive this PTS form before tryouts commence. We will host document drop off sessions. Please monitor www.devilettes.on.ca for specific dates and times. Under no circumstances will a player be allowed on the ice for tryouts without the original PTS form.
New players to the Ontario Woman Hockey Association
New OWHA players trying for the Devilettes must register online with LDGHA Competitive Hockey through Quickenrollment and submit a photocopy of the player’s birth certificate. This photocopy must be submitted before tryouts commence. We will host document drop off sessions. Please monitor www.devilettes.on.ca for specific dates and times.
Copies of birth certificates and PTS forms will only be accepted after online registration is complete.
Trying out for London Devilettes Intermediate AA/Juniors
All Midget age players trying out for our Junior/Int AA team must register in the Midget age category.
All Intermediate age players trying out for our Junior/Int AA team must register in the Intermediate age category. This includes returning Junior/Int AA players. The competitive fee for making the Junior/Int AA team is $590. LDGHA registrar will ensure the proper competitive fee is included in the registration total after team selection. Finally, please ensure to select the team you are trying out for.
Any players registering for the Devilettes who live outside the London city limits will be assessed a COMPETITIVE NON-RESIDENT FEE of $60.00 ($30.00 in addition to the competitive fee and $30.00 on the basic fee).
Registrations payments after July 1, 2011 will be assessed a late registration fee of $30.00
Registrations payment after September 1, 2011 will be subject to an additional late fee of $100.00
All withdrawals will be pro-rated AND will be subject to an administration fee. Requests for refunds must be received in writing by December 1, 2011. Requests received after that date will only be allowed in special circumstances.
Competitive fees will not be refunded once paid.
The London Devilettes wish to encourage the growth of girls hockey in all communities. Therefore if a community offers a girls hockey program at the level of ability of an individual player, the Devilettes reserve the right to decline entry into our association. Each case will be judged on its own merit. No girl on our competitive team may be registered with more than one OWHA Organization.
