Road Home from Waterloo Paved in 'GOLD' for Peewee BB team
Written by Webmaster
Congratulations to our Peewee BB team on a fantastic weekend of hockey. After finishing first in the round robin with 2 wins and a tie it was off to the gold medal game at the Ravens Fall Challenge. Leaside offered great opposition but our girls were not to be outdone as they captured gold with a solid 3 - 0 effort. Both goalies had a shutout over the course of the tournament, all three forward lines contributed with offence and all three lines of defense did a great job protecting their goalies. After the game it was nice to see as many camera flashes as smiles. Great work ladies, keep up the hard work.
